Visual Loss

A lot of our referrals come from Ophthalmologists as well as Optometrists. The components of vision can be simplified into 1) the front and 2) the back of the eye. In neurology, we deal with problems to the back of the eye, such as the Optic Nerve and its connections to the brain and visual cortex. Many patients with visual symptoms often present to the Ophthalmologists and Optometrists and are subsequently redirected to the Neurology Clinic.
